TP Group of Companies, through specifically certified ISO9001:2015 related companies, has defined and documented the following commitment with respect to quality. We believe that our motto “DO THINGS RIGHT THE FIRST TIME” projects our commitment to a planned, defined and documented quality management system aimed to ensure that every staff shall understand, apply and maintain within their own activity area and to achieve :-

Each Management staff has the ultimate responsibility to maintain the quality policy and shall promote all initiatives to attain and improve quality through training, knowledge base exposure and adequate accountability to ensure the tasks undertaken shall meet with the expectations of the Clients, statutory and regulatory authorities through its quality objectives defined as:

PROJECTS / OPERATIONS / PLANT

  1. To ensure 100% completion of all works within the time periods and / or cycle lengths stipulated by the Client for project activities.
  2. To deliver work of quality in full compliance with specifications, agreed standards and changes by the Client through stringent supervision and zero non-conformance issued by all interested parties.
  3. To achieve zero serious accident at any work site which involve a worker requiring and being awarded more than four (4) days consecutively for injury sustained at work.
  4. To achieve Customer Satisfaction Feedback of no less than 80%.

RESOURCES MANAGEMENT – PROCUREMENT

  1. To achieve zero error purchases on at least 95% of all issued orders through constant monitoring and to exercise stringent control of cost, quality and timely delivery of goods and services rendered by vendors.
  2. To ensure that all vendors shall achieve at least 85% score on periodic vendor assessment.

RESOURCES MANAGEMENT – MANPOWER

  1. To aim for zero offence in respect of licensing of all levels of manpower.
  2. To ensure at least 95% of employees are well versed and capable of carrying out their specific tasks by achieving at least 70% in periodic performance appraisals.

RESOURCES MANAGEMENT – PROVISION OF ICT CAPABILITY

  1. To ensure zero computer system breakdown of more than 48 hours, without alternative solution.
  2. To ensure accuracy of distribution of ICT tools to support all activities by 100% accuracy of assigned ICT tools.

RESOURCES MANAGEMENT – PROVISION OF PLANT/MACHINERY/VEHICLES

  1. To keep the Company’s plants, machineries and vehicles in good service and working condition and 80% of the fleet shall not exceed 10 breakdown occasions in any calendar year.
